These include data extractions, examinations and analysis of cell phones, tablets, computers, drones. vehicles, cloud accounts, social media warrant returns, geofence warrant analysis, and call detail records analysis (historical cell site location data). We also provide analysis of digital forensics extractions performed by law enforcement agencies and provided in discovery. 

We use the leading tools in digital forensics and complex case management. These tools include Magnet Axiom Cyber, Truxton, Forensic Tool Kit, Belkasoft X, Oxygen Forensic Detective, Autopsy,  DataPilot, CellHawk, Elcomsoft , CaseFleet, CaseMap, TrialLine, Digital War Room and Axon Investigate (formerly Input Ace),  with more tools evaluated and added regularly. Our fees vary depending on the specific service and the complexity of the task. Typically our hourly rate is $150 for analysis and litigation support and  $250 for digital forensic expert testimony and preparation.  We offer a flat fee per device extraction rate of $750 for devices with a known password. Locked devices require a consultation and quote. We also offer flat fees after a consultation. Investigative case analysis is the process of organizing, indexing and reviewing all of the discovery provided in a criminal case. It includes a review and analysis of all witness statements, digital evidence, physical evidence, photos, crime scene diagrams, and police reports provided in discovery in a criminal case. It also includes a review for legal issues including suppression issues and evidentiary issues. We provide legal research, summarization of the case facts and discovery, strategies for defense, and consulting on expert witness testimony. We are able to utilize the insights, evidence, and discovery to create trial notebooks, trial presentations, and highlight weaknesses in the government's case.
